     1410 Wexford is a 9 bedroom 5 bath vacation home with an over sized southwest facing pool and spa. With over 4,000 sq. ft of living space this home offers you all the comforts of a 5 star hotel.

     The home has a large game room with Slate Pool table, Foosball, and gaming station with x-box on a large screen TV. We have furnished the home with the highest standard in mind and have created the perfect vacation spot for any travel party.

     Great for family, executive, golfing, or sports team vacations. The home has 6 king bedrooms, two bedrooms with a full and a twin bed and a bonus bedroom with two queen beds.

     All rooms have flat screen tv's with the bonus room having a large screen TV with a PlayStation 3. The home has been upgraded throughout with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans, largest pool and spa available, WiFi, daily trash service and cable.

     The pool and spa upgrade turned out great and gives you a lot of space to enjoy the water. The Southwest facing is very important as without it the months from October until March will not be getting sun on the pool.

     We made sure to pay the lot premium to get this as this is why people come to Florida in the winter including us. We have been renting our homes thru Global for the past four years in Windsor Hills and have extensive experience in what it takes to deliver the best product for you on your vacation and this home lives up to that standard.
