The villa is arranged across three floors, giving guests plenty of space to come together while also providing their own private retreat.

On the ground floor, two of the six ensuite bedrooms are located alongside an elegant relaxation area, private sauna and jacuzzi. A pool table and dedicated cinema room create the perfect environment for relaxed evenings, movie nights and quality time together.

On the first floor, the heart of the villa comes alive.

A fully equipped kitchen opens onto an impressive 12-person imperial dining table, providing the perfect setting for family lunches, celebratory dinners and unforgettable evenings around the table.

The spacious living room flows onto a generous terrace — an idyllic spot for an Italian aperitivo while taking in the spectacular Lake Como scenery.
