A €200 damage deposit is required and is subject to a damage inspection.

Pets are not permitted.

As the villa is located within a residential area, parties, events, and activities that may disturb neighbouring residents are strictly prohibited. Access is also limited to guests included in the reservation.

All extra expenses must be paid in cash on the day of arrival.

A car is recommended for exploring the island and visiting its beaches, attractions, and points of interest.

A free cot and high chair are available for children under two years old upon request.
