Ibiza Villa 1052's cliffside location offers incredible views over the picturesque bay on Ibiza's beautiful east coast. It's a quiet and peaceful location, yet less than a kilometre from the popular golden sands of Cala Llonga and halfway between the hustle and bustle of Ibiza Town and the popular resort of Santa Eulàlia des Riu.
The extensive gardens of Ibiza Villa 1052 are surrounded by wooded slopes of fragrant pine trees and offer a wealth of areas for rest and relaxation. The large infinity pool has stunning views of the sparkling sea and is surrounded by a pristine terrace with sun loungers. Another terrace with two daybeds allows you to make the most of the views over Sol den Serra.
To the side of the house, a shaded terrace has seating with soft sofas and a shaded al fresco dining table that seats 10. Across the lawn, another alfresco seating area is located under a sail-like awning to create the perfect lounging area. With this abundance of outdoor space, you can be as peaceful or as social as you like.
The interiors are a charming blend of Ibiza chic and mid-century style, flooded with natural light from sliding doors that open onto a terrace that makes the most of the incredible sea views. The split-level living area is divided into two zones, each with comfortable armchairs and interesting artwork. The same open-plan living area also houses a dining table for six.

Each of the five double bedrooms has a lounge area and all are en suite. One of the ground floor double rooms has access to a private outdoor area, where hammocks are strung among shady olive and lush fig trees for a private retreat.
Another room on the ground floor opens onto the pool terrace, while the upper bedrooms have private terraces with stunning sea views. The master bedroom terrace is particularly generous; a private area from which to enjoy the sparkling sea views from Ibiza Villa 1052.
