The hot pool heating fee is included from November through April.

A 2,500 TL damage deposit is required at check-in and returned after the stay provided there is no damage, breakage, or significant spillage.

The villa is situated close to nature and is regularly treated against pests. Despite this, occasional insects or other natural wildlife may still be present.

For villas with sheltered pools, 100% privacy cannot be guaranteed, with a visibility margin of approximately 10% possible.
