( Please Note! There is a Chefs Menu and food orders must be made 24 hours in advance, there is a cost per person). Please request the menu in advance. This luxurious villa is located 450 metres above sea level and only 10 minutes drive from Alanya centre. (Approx 6 km) The view from the villa is out of this world. Do you love being high up in the mountains among the pine trees enjoying majestic views of Alanya castle, harbour and sea? Yes! Then choose Alanya Villa 1002 for your family reunion. The living room has floor to ceiling windows to avail of the majestic views of the tarus mountains, Alanya castle and harbour. Your modern kitchen is fully equipped to enjoy delicious home cooked meals. Just off the kitchen there is a patio with dining area and a bbq grill. Perfect for those family bbq parties. The master suite has an en-suite, a private living space and balcony. The patio doors slide open to connect you to nature. Your private pool (8 x 4 metres in size) is located on the ground floor. Refundable Damage Deposit and Electricity Charge! 500 Euro refundable damage deposit paid on arrival to the property manager. Babak Kasım 2024Recently, I stayed at a magnificent villa with an incredible atmosphere and breathtaking views of Alanya. Every morning, waking up to the view of the sea, the fortress, and the city at your feet is unforgettable. By night, this view transforms into a magical scene of city lights. The villa is impressive: everything is clean, modern, and thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort. However, the most important aspect was the care and attention provided by Mr. Emre. He was always there, ready to help with any questions we had, making our stay even more enjoyable. One time, he even met me late at night on his motorcycle to guide me to the villa, as the road can be tricky to navigate for the first time. Yes, the access to the villa is not the easiest, but it is definitely worth it! Overall, I was very satisfied with our stay and definitely plan to return. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to enjoy the beauty of Alanya and the comfort of this uni

The house itself was beautiful but minimalist, so we felt well taken care of. However, getting to the property was a bit challenging due to the road and missing signage at intersections. We didn't like the fact that you have to pay extra for the electricity. All in all, it was a nice and relaxing stay. We were warmly welcomed on site despite the delay and someone regularly took care of the pool.

Very nice house in the mountains. However, it is difficult to get taxi drivers to take us to the house without having to pay extra. Very clean and spacious.

The house was really nice with the most beautiful view, everything was clean and tidy. The pool was perfect and was checked several times throughout the week for cleanliness . The caretaker/pool man came the first night and offered his help 24/7 the week we were supposed to be there. The only small downside to this home is that the road up there is not yet finished and that several taxis as well as our tranfer bus had to give up to drive all the way up to the house. The last distance is very steep and the area does not invite walks when you had small grandchildren along as well as a pregnant daughter-in-law. But all in all we are VERY satisfied with our stay and super happy with the standard Mette
