Private: property 1'400 m2 (fenced) with lawn, swimming pool angular, heated (24 m2, depth 110 - 140 cm, 01.01.-31.12.) with internal staircase. Terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (slide, swing, sandbox). In the house: internet access, central heating system, washing machine. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1.1 km, restaurant 1 km, pebble beach 900 m. Please note: private mooring.
