Important Information Before Booking

Please note that new houses are currently being constructed on the neighboring plot. Construction noise may therefore be experienced Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

A substantial discount has been applied to the property to reflect this.

Contemporary Comfort

Inside, traditional touches blend naturally with contemporary design, creating a warm and inviting space for relaxing together. Large windows and an open-plan layout allow plenty of natural light to flow throughout the villa.

The modern kitchen connects directly with the living area and opens onto the terrace and pool, making it easy to move between indoor and outdoor living throughout the day.

There is also a dedicated TV room with comfortable sofas, providing a relaxed space to unwind after a day exploring the island.

Comfortable Bedrooms

The villa features three bedrooms arranged across the different levels.

On the upper floor are two bedrooms, one furnished with two single beds and the other with a double bed. One of the bedrooms has direct access through large sliding doors to the upper solarium and terrace, where you can relax on the hammocks while enjoying the surrounding views.

Both upper-floor bedrooms share a bathroom.

The main bedroom is located on the ground floor and features a queen-size bed.

A further bathroom with shower is located on the lower floor.

Your Private Poolside Escape

Outside, the villa comes into its own.

The private heated pool measures 5 x 3 x 1.5 metres and is surrounded by a wooden pool deck with comfortable sun loungers — the perfect place to spend a slow afternoon in the sunshine.

A dedicated outdoor dining area seats six guests, creating a lovely setting for relaxed meals together, while the barbecue makes it easy to enjoy casual evenings outdoors.

The upper solarium also provides a peaceful spot to sit back, enjoy the hammocks and take in the views.
