More information by the provider: New 4.5 room holiday flat with open kitchen and spacious living room in a two-family house in the centre of Churwalden close to the Coop and Migros shops and the lift stations. In summer, the heated open-air swimming pool, the tennis courts and the longest toboggan run in Switzerland are just a few minutes' walk away. Open kitchen, living room, a bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with two single beds each. Bath/shower/toilet and additional shower/toilet, 2 parking spaces in the garage Nespresso coffee machine/ filter coffee machine/ kettle/ blender/ toaster Satellite television / Wi-Fi Bed linen charge includes towels & kitchen linen. Cot and high chair can be obtained from our office for a deposit. Bookings up to 60 days before arrival can be cancelled free of charge. For any cancellations, a handling fee of CHF 100.00 will be retained. If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before arrival, the tenant has the right to propose a replacement tenant. The substitute tenant must be reasonable and solvent for the landlord. The substitute tenant shall enter into the contract under the existing conditions. The tenant and the substitute tenant are jointly and severally liable for the rent. The date of receipt of the notification by the landlord or the booking office is decisive for the entitlement to the cancellation fee (for Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays, the next working day applies). In the event of premature termination of the rental, the entire rental fee shall remain owed.
