The Space
This beautifully remodeled coastal-contemporary beach home offers spacious indoor living and relaxing outdoor spaces. Perfect for up to 6 guests, every bedroom is designed for privacy while the main gathering spaces invite everyone together.

✔️ Living Room – A large, colorful sectional offers comfort for the whole group. The 60" Smart TV comes loaded with Netflix, YouTube, and more (no cable). A Bluetooth Soundbar enhances movie nights or music sessions, while games and books provide extra entertainment.

✔️ Large Kitchen – The open-concept design flows from living room to kitchen and dining. Brand-new stainless steel appliances, fully stocked with cookware, glassware, and gadgets for everything from home-cooked meals to poolside cocktails (plastic only by the pool!).

✔️ Dining Area – A spacious table seats 6 for meals, game nights, or morning coffee.

✔️ Primary Bedrooms – King-Sized Beds – Two king bedrooms feature luxury linens, extra pillows, smart TVs, charging stations, and ample closet and dresser space.

✔️ Third Bedroom – Two twin beds plus a Smart TV and dresser, perfect for kids or extra guests.

Fantastic house. Sparkling clean upon arrival. More spacious than it appeared in photos. Two king bedrooms with top notch bedding, mattress and linens, plus double twin beds in 3rd bedroom. Short drive to beautiful beaches, fantastic restaurants and shopping. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, cookware, etc. Host texted me a couple of times just to make sure everything was going well, and I appreciated that. We took a Shelling Boat tour off of Marco Island, which I highly recommend. Lovely pool and seating area out back. Nice quiet neighborhood. I would definitely rent again.
