5 Yıldızlı Villa Holidays, Kymenlaakso Etelä Karjala Villa 1010 yi sunmaktan gurur duyar.
20 km north of Kotka, Kymijoki 10 m, soft, deep mud mottom, a pier, own boat. Log cottage 2012, kitchen-living room, bedroom with double bed (140 cm wide), sauna (electric), shower room, 2 showers and toilet, terrace. Upstairs: bedroom with double bed (160 cm wide), bedroom with 2 beds (80 cm and 120 cm wide), lounge sofa-bed, bathroom, balcony. Yard Storage. Note! Hot tub (water is ready filled in) in the yard is included in the price from 1st of April till 30th of November. During winter time (minus celsius) the tub cannot be used. If clients would like to change the hot tub's water during their holiday, the refill of the tub water costs 20 €/refill. There are three gear bicycles available for rent and one electronically assisted gear bicycle:   3-speed unisex Helkama bicycle (28 ”), 7-speed unisex Helkama bicycle (28”), 7-speed Helkama youth bicycle (26 ”) and 3-speed electric unisex Helkama bicycle (28”).   Helkama electric bike rent is 35 € / day and 135 € / week. Other times rates are negotiated separately.   Rent of other bikes is 15 € / bike / day and 50 € / bike / week. Other times rates are negotiated separately.   Bikes are rented directly from the owner at least two days in advance. Bike rentals should be paid on the spot in cash.   If you already know when booking this cottage that you would like to rent one of your bikes, you can mention it already in the details of the booking. The cycling trail follows the River Kymijoki, in an idyllic countryside setting or in a wooded area surrounded by a nature reserve. Fully-equipped villa by the rapids on a sunny plot. Burglar Alarm, part of lighting are adjustable LED lights, induction cooker, dryer, wireless-controlled geothermal underfloor heating, eco-system cooling through geothermal, sauna with audio system, central vacuum, wlan network appr. 100 mbs (usually the real speed is 50 mbs, but it can vary from 10 - 50 mbs) . Stone floors downstairs, upstairs hardwood floors. Villa is located by the rapids and rapid fishing requires a separate fishing licence (can be purchased from the cottage owner). Practically fishing with a rod/rods by using the villa's boat requires separate fishing license (additionally you need to pay fishing management fee). Fishing rights for both below and above the rapids in the local fishing club area's are included in the rent. However, it is 2 km distance for example to the below the rapids and you can not use the villa's boat to get there (due to rapids). Angling with a hook and line is not possible since water area is a special fishing area. Fishing equipment rental and guided fishing tours available for extra price from the neighbor. Beach is only suitable for experienced swimmers, as the water is flowing in the area.
