Dustin Şubat 2022We had an amazing time in this villa. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Great beds and pillows. It's the perfect place to stay and explore the Island.

Adam Kasım 2021We used the villa with our 1,5yr boy. The villa was great because it was the last one down to the golf course - so you look to the nature with wonderfull sunrise every day. All these villas are in the rocky hill so count with stairs inside (long ones from one floor to another and 2 stairs from kitchen to the living room) - just mentioning this because of small kids. There is a great opportunity to have breakfasts in the hotel just a 10minutes walk away. (And with a discount it is 20EUR/per person) And they are just awesom - we’ve been there everyday! Even for the dinner it is a great option. (Incredible buffet where everyone finds their favourite choice). In colder parts of the year there is necessary to heat the pool (extra charge 30EUR per day) and it takes round 24 hours to be heated fine. (So ask for it in advance). The kitchen is fine but if you plan to cook every day, you’ll probably miss some equipment. The coffee maschine is only for filtered coffee. There is a small shop by the entrance of the resort (but quite far from the villa) - Also a nice restaurant by the shop (closed on monday + tuesday). If you use the car (which I recommend) - you have great strategic position for visiting all beautiful beaches within 10-20minutes (Mogan, Arguinegin, Maspalomas). The resort is super quiet and safe - a great choice for someone with very small kids. (Anyway the kids pool in the hotel on the roof is nicely heated and with only 40cm of water - great for toddlers - you can buy a daypass for this visit even if you’re not staying at the hotel).

Insgesamt würden wir die Villa als Ok einstufen.
Positiv:
• Der Vermieter hat auf Mängel direkt reagiert und diese beheben lassen
• Sauberkeit sehr gut – bis auf Kleinigkeiten in der Küche
• Bequeme Betten
• 1x pro Woche Reinigung
Negativ:
• WLAN – zum arbeiten nicht geeignet – viele Leitungsaussetzer
• Küchenausstattung ist billig und unvollständig, Kühlschrank/Gefrierfach Geruch/vereist
• Viele Dinge im Haus sind rostig (im Bad die Aufhängung, die Küchenschubladen, der Esstisch etc)
• Außen Möbel sind teilweise eingerissen/durchgesessen
• Der alte Couch-Tisch wurde ersetzt aber der alte nicht entsorgt. Es wurde darauf eine total versiffte Baby-Matratze gelegt, was nicht ansehnlich war.
• Die Badewanne ist zu groß für den vorhandenen Wasserspeicher (nur halb befüllbar)
und viele weitere kleinere Dinge, die ich leider auf Grund Platzmangel nicht mehr aufführen kann.
Fazit: Die Haussubstanz ist gut. für 7-10 Tage zu zweit ok. Wir fanden die Villa für die Mängel zu teuer.

Dejligt hus, ok rent, men husk at gøre opmærksom på at poolen skal være varm når i kommer.. Kedelige omgivelser, medmindre man kommer for at spille golf
