This exclusive two-storey villa stands out for its large spaces and comfortable equipment, as well as a large private heated swimming pool and a wonderful outdoor terrace with privileged views, which thanks to its huge windows, make the interior very bright.
It has 2 large bedrooms with double beds and 2 complete bathrooms with shower. The beds are of the highest quality so you can relax and enjoy a great night's sleep. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Cot and high chair available. Please let us know at the time of booking as they are available on request.

Maspalomas is a quiet resort with a beautiful sandy beach and a great selection of bars, restaurants and cafes, all within 10 minutes from the villa.
The surrounding region offers many other magnificent beaches to explore. Las Palmas, the main settlement on the island, is a fifty minute drive along the coast.
It is advisable to hire a car to get around the area easily and comfortably.
This property is located in a residential urbanization, therefore activities that may be disturbing to the neighbours are strictly forbidden.

Here is my experience with house Vista Golf nr. 27.
It's beautiful house which I found on airbnb.com. When we come we've been surprised with beautiful view, pool, terrace. They are really perfect.
First day, when we came after first nice impression and support from owner side Pablo, we found lot of not working or badly working things. They were taking from us good holiday feelings.
The doors on both upper cupboards in the kitchen traps down and hit my wife. There are damaged dumpers.
In the dining room, bad room and entrance area the lights don't work.
In the upper bathroom you can't open the window.
It was cold weather and rainy days outside and the same feeling was also inside. First morning we had in upper room lot of water inside, because the doors into the terrace aren't tight. The rain with the wind brought all water from there also inside. That happened also later, but it was much better because I put the terrace plastic table in front of the door to protect them.
The doors generally isn´t possible to close normally. Everywhere are holes and gapes around the doors, if wind is outside than this wind comes inside the house also. That’s why I first need to adjust doors for all wardrobe, upper sleeping room and sliding door in small utility. Without tool that wasn't an easy job.
Electricity is their own story. While you are cooking in the kitchen you can run at the same time only one heater in the room. If you switch two or all three, all electricity goes out. That happened all the time. It's important that you first ask owner where to put it back to work (electricity).
It was also an interesting story about heating the pool. I reserved this house already one year in advance. That time wasn't written on airbnb.com site anything about additional heating costs. Two days before we start holidays Pablo start discussion that I need to pay additional 20 eur per day for pool heating. It was really bad surprise because I needed to pay extra 140 euros. I check on airbnb and now this heating is really mentioned in.
Also remote controller for TV is not working, the same situation was when we changed batteries.
While I summarize its beautiful house but you need to be prepared on some things.

Villa is gorgeous, its situated on a lovely golf course in the hills. It’s close to Aqua land which 15 minutes drive and a fantastic day out. It’s very clean and I would highly recommend this property. Pablo is an excellent host.

We've had a great holiday at Vista Golf. The house was spatious and had all what we needed.
For us, the location was ideal: no 'big town or hotel noises' and a nice view on the green landscape. In 10 to 15 minutes, you're in Maspalomas for shopping or at the sea. We've done great tours in the island, distances ar rather short with good roads and highways.
Pablo has welcomed us and has given some tips on trips and things to do.
