It has a private terrace on the front line of Puerto de Mogán and a privileged location where you can enjoy dreamy sunrises and sunsets. A very special place in a marine environment that you will love!
The space
This cozy house with two bedrooms and two bathrooms has all the comforts such as unlimited Wi-Fi, smart-Tv, air conditioning in all rooms, a beautiful balcony with incredible views of the sea and Puerto de Mogán, as well as a private solarium with 2 sun loungers, barbecue and shower, which is accessed from outside the house, as soon as you open the entrance door to the accommodation.
Mogán is a marina full of charm, we call it our "Little Venice", with many great restaurants very close, supermarkets and everything you may need.
It has one of the best climates in the world!
Enjoy your vacation in a privileged environment that will not leave you indifferent.
This property is located in a residential area, so all those activities that may disturb the tranquility of the neighbors are strictly prohibited.
A baby up to two years old, spends the night free of charge in a cot. A high chair will be provided. (Both on request).

Here, in the so-called "Little Venice of the Canary Islands", nothing ceases to amaze: its streets, its houses and its canals. Puerto de Mogán has its own style and a very special atmosphere, due to the quality of the services, its surroundings and its peculiar location. It is perfectly protected from the winds and enjoys an average of 330 sunny days a year and average temperatures of 24º, light breezes and hardly any rainfall.
In this idyllic corner of the southwest of the island of Gran Canaria, boats and small fishing boats mix with yachts and pleasure boats, which together with its white sand beach, form one of the most elegant and suggestive tourist complexes on the island.

Murray Mart 2024Excellent location in a charming resort with wonderful view over the marina and incredible roof terrace. Nice living area with good views over the marina. Quiet at night. Second bedroom beds not very comfortable and really only good for short stay. Parked very close to the property was difficult and therefore it would have been good to have been alerted to this ahead of time arrival, especially as other parking was available nearby. We had some difficulties with water leakage form the air conditioning, and this appeared to have been an issue for a while. We alerted the host, but the problem could not be easily resolved. Communication was a not straightforward and a bit distracting. Airbnb were very responsive and a 50% discount was quickly offered. We really liked the apartment and had we not had the water leakage problem, it would have a very good stay. The apartment could benefit from a bit better maintenance and it would be fabulous.

Lovely place, it is situation in a fabulous location over looking the harbour.
Access to lots of restaurants. There is a hive of activity around you but you don’t tend to notice and it’s all done and quiet by 11 ish.
Terrace is fabulous you access it from your front door up stairs to your own private terrace. It has everything you need loungers, sofa, bbq, umbrellas perfect hide away.
I would recommend this apartment especially for its location.
