Key Collection: Keys must be picked up from the BnB Concierge office at Shop 3/200 Spencer Street, Melbourne.

Check-In/Out Times: Check-in is from 3 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests require at least 24 hours' notice and are subject to availability.

Lost Key Policy: Lost or unreturned keys incur a $300 replacement fee.

Guest Requirements:

A valid government-issued ID is required before check-in. For last-minute bookings, a $300 bond is also required and refundable within 48–72 business hours after check-out.

House Rules: Please respect the property and building rules, ensuring a quiet and enjoyable environment for all.
