Antoine Ocak 2025Despite the potential of the place, communication issues made the whole stay unpleasant.
Things stared with check-in, where we had to wait 30mn outside the place because Pablo allegedly took the wrong set of keys. Okay, can happen.
We've booked the extra heated pool service for €420/2 weeks, but the pool was never heated and clocked at 19°. Note that the pool is never hit by the sun so stays pretty cold if not heated. Despite repeated attempts to ask how to solve, we never got a reply. We ended up deciding not paying the fee, but still didn't get any reason why or communication from their side.
Please note there is active construction work in at least two adjacent properties. Think loud drilling, concrete mixing, etc. Obviously not their fault, but we would have liked to be notified before.
All in all too expensive for the service quality and extremely poor communication - first time we ever experience anything that bad in 10+ years of airbnb.

We thoroughly enjoyed lazy days around the pool on the complex and private plunge pool in the private garden should you wish for more privacy during your sunbathing this is the perfect place. The dipping pool was not heated in October when we were there but was warm enough to cool down in and use, but if booking during November to March you might wish to have it heated if you are looking to use it for more than just cooling down.
Communication was good and they were very helpful with check in and check out and also helping sort out our transfer back to the airport.
The complex itself is very quiet and a combination of local residential bungalows and holiday lets. It was very clean and is ideally located within easy reach of the Yumbo which is about 6 minute stumbling distance. 10 euro for a taxi to

Perfecto! Loved the feel of the accommodation, a true home from home…but with sunshine!! Pablo and Team were on hand if/when you need them. Will be back.

Very well located, nice place but there were some renovation works in the house next door that ruined a bit our vacation but Pablo’s place has nothing to do with it.
