Kenneth Kasım 2024The apartment was nice and in clean. There is sun from early morning and more or less on the beach. To be abit picky, the only thing I missed, was a dishwasher. Pablo was in general helpful with information but sometimes slow to answer questions both through Air B&B and whats app. 2 days before the checkin day, we asked if it was possible to store our luggage at 11am. No reply (messages showed that they were opened), and continued to ask the next day. He finally said yes on the morning of checkin and the cleaning staff should give us det keys. We arrived 11:02am and tryed to contact him, at 11:23 we got the messages that we could not leave the luggage due to cleaning staff had left. He could be there around 14:00pm. So we sat at a restaurant for 2,5 hours waiting. We can’t expect to check in early, but did expect better communication when we tried to arrange luggage storage days in advance.

The view over the beach is lovely.
You are not short of good quality restaurants very close or a short walk to the marina.
Despite being above the restaurants it was quiet and never disturbed us.
Certainly book it again.

The double bed is hard and not very good.
You have a parking underground just in front the apartment. They are opening at 8h am even if they tell you something else (watch out for your flight).
Apart from these inconveniences:
. Apartment very well located, fantastic view, no noise (some background noise during the day but not at all a problem, restaurants below are not noisy)
. Good restaurants on the port
. Great terrace with long chairs
. Relaxing week

We had a lovely stay literally two minutes from the beach. Great restaurants also great views from the patio area, secure but easy access to the apartment great communication with Pablo we would go there again

The Location was great ! We were disappointed that we had no contact with Pablo to answer some of our questions.
The air conditioning was not working properly and we could not cool the apartment down, this was a real problem as the weather was very hot. Thankful there are ceiling fans in both bedrooms which helped.
Only after sending messages to Pablo asking if we could have the apartment cleaned, some clean towels and bedding, did we finally on the 5th day out of our 7 receive clean towels and the beds were changed, still no apartment clean thou !
A washing machine is located in a cupboard outside on the balcony but it is filthy and totally unusable. We did try to clean it but the water poured out from under the machine and all over the balcony.
Also the water trap from under the sink in the kitchen kept popping off and we had water keep appearing in the cupboard underneath.
The apartment is in need of some maintenance once this is addressed it will be a nice apartment.
