Pablo's very friendly and responsive and replies to messages was very fast.
We look forward to a return visit.

The check in was very easy. Pablo sent very detailed instructions how to get in.
The garage is an absolute plus as parking in playa da mogan ist a nightmare during busy times. But make sure you have a car that is about the size of a seat Ibiza or smaller. As all Spanish car parks it is quite tight.
When you sleep in the room with the two small beds, bring earplugs. It can get surprisingly loud in the mornings. But given the great location, this is really no big deal :)

Amazing stay at Pablos place! Nice informative host, easy flexible check in, the place was beautiful and so spacious- we especially loved the balcony which has a table and also a comfy sofa to nap on. The views are incredible and the location even better - you’d struggle to find a more central flat, literally 1 min walk to the beach. None of us drove so can’t comment on parking although was told there is space. Comfy beds. Good air con. Shower temp sometimes unreliable but never in an uncomfortable or annoying way. I would recommend to everyone and will likely return :)

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is right next to the beach and very quiet. Near the harbor and great restaurants and shops. Large children's playground right behind the house. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable, and has a wonderful terrace. I loved the sound of the sea. Thanks for everything.

Pablo's apartment is the perfect location. All went smoothly from the simple check-in. It's a great view from the balcony and perfect for all the restaurants. If you bring a car, make sure it is on the small side !
