Nearest neighbour is the owner, there is a bush fence, so both yards also have own privacy. The yard includes old barn, shed, drying house, horse stables. Swimming area in Tainionvirta River is just down the birch lane, about 100 meters from the house. The beach is in shared use with the owner. Tainionkoski power station is nearby, so about 50 m away the water flow can be sometimes hard. *** NOTE! Fishing is not allowed during September-November.*** Place is ideal for example for a family with children. Manor's children's play area is near, there is eg. a yard swing, a trampoline, sand box and toys for children to play. Tennis Court 0.6 km (bookings through the owner, owner instructs in the use).
