Welcome to your haven in paradise! This newly renovated Mediterranean-style accommodation, built in 2024, is located in a residential complex with a communal pool, located in the center of Playa del Inglés and a few steps from the beach and the Yumbo Shopping Center.
The space
It has an independent entrance, ideal for those moments when you want to feel exclusive from the first minute and with not one, but two terraces, so you will have more space than you could imagine to enjoy the sun, your morning coffee or those chats under the stars.
Inside, the Mediterranean style is breathed in every corner, from the warm and bright tones, to the wood and ceramic details that transport you to the coast just by opening your eyes. It has a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds and air conditioning.
The fully equipped kitchen is a dream come true for the most enthusiastic cooks, as it has a dishwasher and all kitchen utensils. In the living room, which includes air conditioning and a 65¨ Tv, you can enjoy international channels and all sports, perfect for those nights when you just want to watch your favorite show from any corner of the world.
The bathroom is as modern as it is practical, with a shower that will make you feel like you're in a spa every morning.
And if being in the center of it all is your thing, this place has you covered: steps from the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and leisure life, you'll have everything you need for a perfect vacation or a relaxing day in your own corner.
All rooms have unlimited high-speed WiFi of 300 Mbps.
A full weekly cleaning is included (for reservations of more than 8 nights) with change of bed linen and towels.
A cot and a high chair (on request) will be provided for a child under 2 years old free of charge.

Jaroslav Ağustos 2025The greatest problem of this apartment is the bathroom. It does not seem as on photos. It is old, always wet, after shower there is a lot of water in whole bathroom...so there are cockroaches there! Awful! When we find the first one, we killed it and be relatively calm. But when we saw another one, which hid behind the toilette, we felt very very uncomfortable...Pablo did not react on my complaint, only asked if cockroaches are big or small and how many are there...Is he joking? Only one small is problem!!!
The other shortcomings were not so terrible, but they reduced the quality of living there - little toilette paper, little dishwasher tablets, no tissues, no water in fridge upon arrival...
The last thing I was disappointed that no cleaning and changing towels and bed sheets after 7 days of stay...even it is stated on website...
Every day at 9 a.m. construction work at next apartment started, so breakfast in relaxing atmosphere is unthinkable.

This is a great bungalow apartment. It has everything you may need. Nicely renovated, with a contemporary finish, we found easy to keep clean. Modern kitchen appliances mean cooking was straight forward. Front and rear sun terraces are private and well equipped. Host was very responsive and communicated well. The host also offered airport transfers. Highly recommended!
