Dairenin kuzey tarafında , özel balkonlu ve banyolu iki rahat yatak odası bulunmakta olup, huzurlu bir mahremiyet sunmaktadır. Güney tarafında ise açık plan mutfak ve oturma/yemek alanı, çevredeki dağ manzarasının tadını çıkarırken sabah kahvenizi yudumlamak veya akşamları dinlenmek için ideal olan güneşli bir balkona açılmaktadır.

Will Temmuz 2022This was the worst stay I’ve ever had. Beware this is a property agency, not a home. It was so bad we left even when they would not agree to a refund. Read on for more.
The “host” refused to help when the bathroom flooded- a problem with their shower. They said “cleaning is…not possible today. Feel free to cancel your stay, but a refund is not possible”. The host refused to provide a live phone number (calls go to a recording) and refused to call my Swiss mobile.
This is a bland apartment block on the hillside- not described accurately- and has no charm whatsoever. It is an empty shell. The shower floods easily due to poor design. The apartment is internally noisy and echoes because there is so little inside.
The directions to the property went to a dead-end street. The agency refused to provide help or to call, this took an extra 45 minutes. No apology was offered, and no recognition that the link went to the wrong place.
From the first they asked to communicate only on WhatsApp, violating Airbnb policies and removing protections for the Guest. I refused.
We left after 1 night of a 3 night stay, as the bathroom was still flooded and they said they would not do anything. We asked Airbnb to help, and the case is ongoing. The Host then said they would contest a refund with their legal team.
Save yourself a headache and choose a real home to stay in, not a corporate holding that refuses to even speak on the phone.

- Titel des Inserats ist „Unterkunft in Raron“, die Wohnung befindet sich jedoch in Breiten, 25km entfernt
- in den Infos steht, man könne einen PP zwischen den Nrn. 18-27 wählen. Habe mein Auto auf 22 parkiert und am nächsten Morgen eine Zettel am Scheibenwischer „bitte umparkieren, dieser PP ist privat“
- ich habe zusätzlich 179.00 für die Reinigung überwiesen (ich war alleine für 4 Nächte da). Im Abschlussmail kam dann die Anweisung …“Außerdem möchten wir dich bitten, deine Unterkunft besser zu reinigen…um es unseren Reinigungsteams etwas einfacher zu machen“. Da frag ich mich wofür meine 179.00 sind
- es hiess immer überall Check-out: 10:00. Im Abschlussmail stand dann plötzlich „…die Wohnung bis spätestens 9:00 Uhr zu verlassen, da die Reinigungsteams dann ihre Arbeit beginnen“
- die Wohnung wirkt sehr ungemütlich, die Beleuchtung ist sehr grell, Tücher fürs Bad müffeln.
Rest war ok aber ich würde hier nicht mehr buchen.

Wir waren zum Skifahren dort. Das Gebäude war etwas schwierig zu finden.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Sicht ist herrlich. Die Wohung bietet für 4 Personen alles, was es braucht. Sie ist neu renoviert und hat sogar einen Geschirrspüler. Schade, dass sich das Sofa nicht eignet, um gemütlich einen Film zu schauen (In unseren Augen ist es etwas zu klein und man kann nicht darauf liegen). Wir haben ausserdem lange gebraucht, um den Eingang der Wohnhng zu finden: Da man von 2 Seiten zu dem Gebäude fahren kann, haben wir die Einfahrt der Garage zuerst nicht gefunden. Ansonsten war alles zu unserer Zufriedenheit.
