To ensure a comfortable experience for every guest:

• Please treat the apartment with care and leave it in a respectful condition for the next guest.
• Please respect the agreed check-out time, as another guest may be arriving afterwards.
• Only guests included on the reservation may stay overnight.
• Parties, events and gatherings are not permitted, including dinner or dining events involving additional guests.
• In accordance with local regulations, excessive noise is prohibited after 9:00 pm.
• Please lock the apartment securely whenever you leave.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.
• Please switch off lights and air conditioning/heating when leaving the apartment to help conserve energy.
