Situated in the prestigious Flamingo Park Historic District on one of the nicest streets (Georgia Avenue), this 1936 historically landmarked cottage offers historic charm with the conveniences of a modern Cottage. Flamingo is a completely private, standalone cottage, and sleeps up to 4 guests maximum with 1 bedroom plus a double sofa bed in the spacious living room.
In addition to the bedroom and living room, the house features a dining area, large kitchen, washer/dryer and a beautiful, sunny terrace to the front with lounge chairs, a table and umbrella and a sitting area. Please note that parties, receptions or events with visitors not residing in this vacation rental are not allowed.
Non-compliance with this policy could result in the immediate eviction from the property with no refund. Please contact West Palm Beach Cottage 1844 for more details. West Palm Beach Cottage 1844 does not rent to anyone under the age of 21.
